Paper Lantern Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
By their nature, paper lanterns are delicate decorative items that cannot be resold once handled, and products that contain or require batteries are non-returnable regardless of condition.
For these reasons, all products — paper lanterns, LED lights, and remote-control sets — are final sale once shipped or made available for pickup. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of preference, change of mind, or colour matching.
Colour Variation
Colour variation is normal for hand-dyed paper and is not a defect. Because lanterns come in clear bags, you can verify colour and condition without opening the packaging.
If colour accuracy is critical for your event, we recommend ordering a single lantern first before placing a larger order.
Received the Wrong Item?
If we sent the wrong size, colour, or quantity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please include your order number and a photo if possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Do not use a damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or an uncollected pickup, any additional shipping charges to redeliver will be your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
